Our Client, a Clinical company, is looking for a Consultant, Digital Marketing for their Dublin, OH /Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
+ Optimize the rules, relevance algorithms and ML models of the site’s internal search engine to improve relevance of search results for B2B customers
+ Analyze on-site search data to identify trends, optimization opportunities and actionable insights
+ Collaborate with product, UX, data science, sales, content, assets, merchandising and marketing teams to refine search strategies
+ Monitor search performance metrics to support a best-in-class search experience
+ Assist with managing AI/ML-driven search models and automation tools
+ Troubleshoot search-related issues and partner with technical teams for resolution
+ Document search governance, operational workflows and best practices.
