Project Overview
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) implements the Building Resilience of Afghan Refugees and Host Communities through Integrated Protection, Health and Education Assistance in Balochistan Province project in Killa Abdullah, Chaman, and Pishin Districts, funded by ECHO. The project targets 460,237 clients (60% Afghan refugees, 40% host population) and includes protection, health, and education services.
Assignments
Assignment 1 – Endline Evaluation (Closing Project)
- Assess the overall performance, achievements, and impact of the closed project across protection, health, and education.
- Measure achievement of the four key results: protection services, healthcare accessibility, education access, and rapid response to emergencies.
- Identify lessons learned and recommend actions for sustaining effective approaches.
- Produce separate deliverables for Endline and Baseline evaluations.
