Job Summary

Research and prepare hiring and training grants for clients, assist with compliance reporting after grant approvals, support Managers and Senior Consultants in grant research, develop funding analysis reports, monitor deliverables, and maintain the Firm’s Grant Program Database. Require strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a constantly changing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Consultants in preparing grant analysis reports for Manager review.
• Prepare all hiring and training grants for Manager review and assist with the compliance reporting after grant approvals.
• Assist Managers and Senior Consultants in researching grant programs for client eligibility.
• When required, assist with responses from Grant Authorities.
• Continually research new grant programs, monitor changes, and apprise the team.
