Opportunity Description

Locum People are seeking a Consultant Haematology to work in Dorset long term.

The Haematology department within an established hospital in Dorset are on the search for a Locum Consultant Haematology for a period of 3-6 months initially with a view to extend.


Job Description

  • 40+ hours per week

  • 10 PA per week

  • On Call 1:13 OOH and weekends, with a 1:6.5 ward attending rota.

  • Includes three outpatient clinics per week, blood film and bone marrow reporting, answering advice and guidance requests and attendance at MDT and HMDS meetings.

  • Experienced Consultant Haematologist with a special interest in Myeloid, CLL, and Lymphoma.
