**What You Will Do** **:**

Guidehouse works with state and local housing agencies, public housing authorities, and other mission‑driven clients to design, implement, and improve affordable housing programs.As a Consultant, you will support client engagements focused on **housing finance, program design, policy implementation, and operational improvement** .

You will work as part of a project team and contribute to high‑impact client work, including:

+ Supporting affordable housing finance and program implementation engagements for public‑sector clients.
+ Evaluating affordable housing development proposals, including 4% and 9% LIHTC projects.
