Consultant in Diabetes & Endocrinology

You will join a well-established consultant team, working collaboratively to further enhance and develop Diabetes and Endocrinology services across the Trust. You'll share responsibility for the day-to-day clinical leadership and operational delivery of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained across General Medicine, Diabetes and Endocrinology.

A key focus of the role will be contributing to the ongoing development and redesign of the Type 1 Diabetes service, with a particular emphasis on improving provision for young adults and antenatal diabetes, building on existing expertise in diabetes technology. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with paediatric colleagues to strengthen and further develop the transition pathway into adult services.
