Job Summary

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant – Sustainable Asset Advisory, you will provide advisory services for sustainable assets with a strong emphasis on building energy performance, energy modeling, and HVAC system optimization. This role combines deep technical expertise with hands-on, on-the-ground implementation capabilities to deliver measurable improvements in asset efficiency and sustainability outcomes. You will lead and support energy audits, HVAC system assessments, and building energy modelling to identify energy efficiency opportunities, optimize system performance, and support decarbonization pathways. The role requires close client engagement, site-based evaluations, and the ability to translate technical analysis into actionable, investment-grade recommendations.
