Consultant Physician with a Special Interest in Diabetes and Endocrinology

About the role

Applications are invited for a full‑time consultant post in Diabetes & Endocrinology. The successful candidate will join a team of 8 consultants at Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust and may have commitments at any of our 3 sites. The multidisciplinary team at Mid Yorkshire is dynamic and consists of Consultants, doctors in specialty training posts, Diabetes Nurse Consultant, Diabetes Nurse Specialists, Endocrine Nurse Specialists, research nurses, podiatrists and dieticians. In addition to general diabetes & endocrine services, there are a range of speciality services including diabetes and endocrine antenatal services, diabetes foot services, insulin pump clinics, young adult clinic, transition clinics, osteoporosis, lipid management, weight management services and provision for radio‑iodine services.
