About the Role: Here at Stephenson Halliday part of the RSK Group, we are seeking a Consultant / Senior Managing Agent to join our growing team delivering estate and vacant property management services across a diverse portfolio of sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Managing Agent for a portfolio of vacant sites, ensuring safe and compliant estate management.
• Develop and implement site management strategies, inspection regimes and maintenance programmes.
• Coordinate routine inspections and respond to ad hoc issues, maintaining detailed records and reporting.
• Lead site‑specific risk assessments and maintain risk registers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and codes of practice.
