Location: Hyderabad Experience: 17 to 20 Years Work Mode: WFO What You’ll Drive Lead RFPs, proposals, and end-to-end solutioning Define ServiceNow strategy & enterprise roadmaps Deliver across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and workflows Drive AI, automation, and platform innovation Manage global stakeholders & client relationships Support GTM initiatives and business growth What You Bring 16–18 years' experience | 10+ years in ServiceNow Strong background in consulting, solutioning & customer engagement Experience in MSP environments Proven expertise in ServiceNow architecture, CSDM & integrations Exposure to GTM and market-facing roles If you’re excited about building scalable ServiceNow practices and driving AI-led transformation, let’s connect.
