Job Summary

Lead and drive technology design, implementation, execution, and optimization for projects/accounts to accelerate customer outcomes. Provide and assist customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance for Cisco technologies. Assist the deployment of enterprise solutions tailored to customer environments, applying the LCS framework. Support presale activities and translate business requirements into solution design. Build customer simulations in test labs to resolve and validate issues. Jointly create and deliver customer collateral, portals, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Support customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services.
