Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify potential clients within or across targeted industries, maintaining an up-to-date client database.
• Follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
• Identify new market segment opportunities for Operational service offerings.
• Source candidates through advertising roles, searching, and networking with talent in logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail industries.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to align them with the client’s specific job requirements for operational and contingent workers.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss project details, candidate profiles, and search strategy.
• Provide interview preparation and coaching to candidates applying for operational roles, helping them present themselves effectively to employers.
