Your main activities will be: Participating in implementation, improvement, and rollout projects;

• Executing project activities according to the plan:
• Designing/detailing solutions, configurations, tests, documentation, and customer support;
• Supporting the preparation and execution of integrated and regression tests for key users and IT analysts, to validate the implemented solution;
• Preparing the documentation required by the project: Configurations, tests, solution design/detailing, minutes, functional specifications, presentations, among others;
• Training key users and/or IT analysts;
• Identifying opportunities and proposing solutions and improvements;
• Seeking the necessary knowledge to ensure the best solution; Mapping technical risks of the project;
• Proposing/Conducting/Participating in training;
