- Engage consumers through qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., in-depth interviews, field studies, market visits) to build consumer profiles, define target audiences, and uncover key usage contexts and behaviors.
- Leverage market trends and consumer behavior to deliver actionable data insights and recommendations that support business decisions, including product selection and brand positioning.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing and other related teams across projects to ensure insights are effectively integrated in product planning, value proposition development, marketing campaigns, and related business strategies
