Opportunity Description
We have petabytes of data on what users do. We need you to tell us why.
As the Consumer Research & Insights lead, you'll run the function that connects user behavior, attitudes, and needs to product + business strategy. You'll combine quant, qual, and big data to answer the billion-dollar questions: Who are our users? Why do they churn? What should we build next? How big is this market?
This is not a dashboard job. This is a change the roadmap job.
What You'll Do
1. Foundational Research – Understand the User
- Own segmentation, personas, and user journey mapping using surveys + behavioral data
- Run U&A studies, diary studies, and ethnographic research to uncover unmet needs
- Build mental models and frameworks the whole company uses to talk about users
