Key Responsibilities

+ Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner while delivering excellent customer service

+ Handle approximately 30–40 inbound calls per shift

+ Assist customers with scheduling appointments related to airbag recalls and provide dealership information

+ Address inquiries regarding recalls, warranties, and troubleshooting (e.g., malfunctioning radio codes)

+ Accurately capture customer concerns and document interactions to create cases

+ Provide clear and accurate information, resolve cases, and/or escalate to the appropriate department when needed

+ Maintain strong collaboration with team members by sharing feedback and supporting continuous improvement

+ Handle high-volume settlement calls, ensuring timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction

+ Provide detailed claim information with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
