🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve Contact Center-related issues

🔹 Configure trunks, call flows, and contact center parameters

🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for issue resolution

🔹 Support change management activities

🔹 Conduct end-user training and support

🔹 Maintain project and technical documentation
