Green Light are assisting in delivering projects for an industry-leading organisation and are seeking a talented Contact Centre Architect with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Centre and CCaaS platforms. This role will support enterprise customers across Australia, working with stakeholders in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, or Brisbane.

The Contact Centre Architect will act as a technical authority and solution advisor, leading the design and implementation of next-generation cloud contact centre solutions built on Dynamics 365 Contact Centre and integrated Microsoft cloud services.
