Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain content materials such as user guides, presentations, and engagement resources
- Create and manage communications content (e.g. announcements, EDMs, internal updates) across digital platforms
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely communication
- Engage and support users by responding to queries and feedback via digital channels
- Support planning and execution of events, roadshows, and training sessions
- Coordinate event logistics, communications, and on-site operations
- Gather and analyse post-event feedback to improve engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and alignment
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
