Are you curious about the influences that shape consumer behaviour and their choices at the checkout? Medium Rare is looking for an experienced and culturally tapped-in Content Insights Lead to join us part-time (3 days per week), helping us decode cultural shifts and translating them into strategic content opportunities for Coles.
As our Content Insights Lead, you will be responsible for producing consumer and trend reporting across the food and lifestyle categories. Your insights will shape content strategy, guide editorial direction, and optimise channels, all aimed at enhancing the relevance, engagement and quality of Coles content.
