Job Role : Content Moderation Analyst and Policy Expert.
Location : PAN India
Notice Period : NA( As it is for Gig Workers)
Experience : 2 to 4 years
Relevant Exp : Minimum of 2 Years Experience in below list Skills
✓ Content policy interpretation
✓ Multi-modal content review
✓ Harm taxonomy classification
✓ Mis/disinformation identification
✓ Culturally nuanced evaluation
✓ Policy ambiguity & escalation judgment
✓ AI moderation evaluation & auditing
✓ Annotation QA & inter-rater reliability
Mandatory :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Political Science, Sociology, Law, Psychology, Journalism, or Linguistics (equivalent T&S or policy experience considered)
2+ years in content moderation, trust and safety, content policy, or closely related field; proven ability to apply complex policy frameworks...
