Job Description

• Review content and provide email support to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through email in a timely and professional manner.
• Compose and send a personalized email to a member who has submitted abuse complaints about other users on the website, ensuring clear communication and support throughout the process.
• Ensure all email correspondence is documented.
• Review all submitted content by the customers.
• Determine if the submitted content adheres to the website guidelines.
• Approve, deny or edit user-generated content such as profiles, comments, replies and posts before they are posted on the website.
