Assist with the maintenance of accurate articles

• Supports the uploads of updated macros and other content to multiple platforms: SalesForce, HelpJuice/Knowledge Base, and PandaCare
• Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work on multiple projects while delivering within deadlines

Support articles updates in line with latest SOP releases

• Keep abreast of monthly SOP updates and assist Manager to update relevant content accordingly
• Ensure that SOP updates are accurate and uploaded in a timely manner <...
