Senior Content Writer
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Content Writer to join our Communications team and drive end-to-end lifecycle communications for Lending/Cross-Sell products. The role involves working closely with Product, Design, Research, and other cross-functional teams to create, execute, and optimize customer communication campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Develop communication strategies & monthly communication calendars for assigned products.
- Create customer-facing content across channels such as WhatsApp, Push Notifications, SMS, Email & RCS.
- Plan & execute communication experiments around content, channels, frequency, & audience segments.
- Collaborate with Product teams to understand offerings and identify user segments for targeted campaigns.
