Contentious Probate Solicitor

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Contentious Probate NQ – 4 years PQE Solicitor to join our specialist department, dealing with all manner of Contentious Trusts and Probate work.

Depending on candidate location, the role can be based in either our Huddersfield (Edgerton) or York office working alongside our Legal 500 recognised head of department. There is the opportunity for a degree of hybrid working. We are ideally looking for full time but would consider part time for the right candidate with a minimum of 30 hours per week over either four or five days.

We are a rapidly growing department, and we are looking to expand the further with an individual with experience in either contentious probate, general litigation or private client, with an ambition to specialise in this fast growing area of law.
