• You are responsible for a team of four people and lead, develop your collaborators in a rewarding and targeted manner.
• You develop a relationship of trust with your team and ensure collaboration within the team as well as between the different sites.
• You participate in daily tasks and act as a reference. Handling complex debt collection cases is part of your area of expertise.
• You provide support for technical questions to our partners such as: debt enforcement offices, courts, the guarantee fund, social insurance institutions, other pension funds, etc.
• You actively participate in the development of our IT management platform and make a valuable contribution to the continuous improvement of collection processes.
