Continuous Improvement Director / EBS Leader JPAC

Join us as a Continuous Improvement Director / Envista Business System (EBS) Leader and play a pivotal role in driving transformation across our Commercial and Operations organizations in JAPAC. In this high-impact role, you will focus on accelerating continuous improvement initiatives, strengthening operational excellence, and embedding a high-performance culture across the region.

You will spend the majority of your time partnering with regional leaders to identify improvement opportunities, lead strategic initiatives, and deploy structured methodologies such as Lean and Kaizen to drive measurable business outcomes. At the same time, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, shaping operational strategy and building long-term organizational capability.
