Contract Administrator Required - $25M Aged Care Project

Our Client is a buoyant multi-disciplinary 2nd tier builder. They are renowned for delivering projects in the commercial, government, institutional, industrial, and apartment sectors ranging in value from $5M - $100M.

They have secured a negotiated contract to deliver a $25M aged care new build in the inner Eastern suburbs and require a capable CA to join the project team.

Based on-site working alongside and learning from a gun PM you will oversee all contracts to sub contractors, variations, claims, RFI's as well as general coordination and document control.
 
The ideal candidate will:
