Contract Analyst

Position Summary

The Contract Analyst is a member of the Office of Sponsored Programs’ (OSP) Contracts and Collaborations team. This role drafts, negotiates, executes, and manages a variety of contracts, inbound subawards, and sponsored research agreements to support the University’s research activities. The Analyst ensures all agreements align with University policies, sponsor requirements, and applicable regulations. This position interprets and communicates sponsor expectations to research administration colleagues and faculty to facilitate proper award administration. While managing a portfolio of research agreements including federal prime awards and subawards, they advise stakeholders on specific terms, conditions, and compliance requirements.
