Contract and Finance Officer

To oversee the financial and contractual integrity of CDA’s outsourced training operations. This officer is responsible for overseeing contract utilisation, tracking expiry timelines, and ensuring timely renewals or closures. They monitor vendor performance against financial benchmarks, administer liquidated damages and clawbacks, and support audit and compliance reviews. Additionally, they manage the processing of course fees, fines, and application payments, while maintaining strict adherence to financial procedures.
