We are seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to join a fast-growing, office-based construction business. This is a key leadership role within a supportive and ambitious company operating in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple live construction projects (typically 5–6 at any one time ), ensuring successful delivery from inception through to completion, with full commercial and contractual oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction contracts from inception through to practical completion
• Oversee contract administration, commercial management, and risk control
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions (e.g. JCT / NEC where applicable)
