Contract manager

Position: P&C – Contract
Location: Navi Mumbai
Job Accountabilities:
Responsible for lining up all category vendor and supplier for Contract as well as supply related to development & maintenance of Water Bodies, Swimming Pool, Big Lake/Ponds, etc.
Preparation of RFQ for package during project as well as for Annual Maintenance Contract.
Understand the Rate Analysis & Prepare Internal cost estimation.
Handling various interaction meetings with all stakeholders.
Co-ordination with cross functional team related to requisition to payment cycle.
Following up with supplier and vendors for status update, expediting of delivery, payment etc.
