Contract Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Contracts Manager who leads the delivery of our responsive repairs contract across Nottingham and Peterborough. This role will be split between our Peterborough and Nottingham offices, with 3 days in Peterborough and 2 days in Nottingham.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of the responsive repairs contract across Nottingham and Peterborough.
• Instill ownership and responsibility in the team, supporting the successful delivery of works on time and to budget.
• Lead by example with direct labour, motivating, incentivising and developing individuals to achieve KPI targets, including apprentices.
• Ensure Health and Safety measures are in place and monitored.
• Produce and oversee KPI‑based reporting, implementing corrective actions.
• Take ownership of recruitment, onboarding and induction of new members.
