Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee all contractual, commercial, and legal aspects of large-scale construction projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contract administration, risk allocation, claims, variations, procurement support, and dispute resolution across the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction contract management within infrastructure, commercial, industrial, mission-critical, semiconductor, or data center projects, and a strong understanding of standard forms of contract and commercial governance frameworks.
