Contract Manager

As Hitachi Rail Singapore, we are advancing rail signalling and safety solutions to ensure safe and efficient railway operations worldwide.

• Will be involved in the entire project cycle, from tender to post contract stage that is focused mainly in providing contractual review and advises to the different stakeholders which may arise over the project duration.
• Work in multiple projects and bids.
• Work closely with the Project Managers, and Bid Managers for the assigned projects and bids.
• Work closely with the project team in the end-to-end management of Claims (including logs, gaps identification, etc.), EOT, Variations as well as the preparation of monthly progress report.
• Work closely with HOC (Head of Contracts) and SEA Head in preparation/managing matters relating to Contract Agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and different team agreements aligning with HR...
