Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Solution Leadership Partner with large enterprise and FSI clients in Singapore and ASEAN to understand business and technical needs and lead the design of end-to-end solutions spanning software, cloud, SI, and professional services. Pre-sales Team Management Lead, mentor, and grow a regional pre-sales team, ensuring high-quality technical deliverables (proposals, SOWs, architectural blueprints, demos, and PoCs) across multiple concurrent opportunities. Opportunity Conversion Drive the technical close of complex, high-value deals-from initial discovery and solution shaping to proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiation support. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with HQ product lines, central solution architect teams, delivery leaders, and engineering to align solution capabilities with client requirements and ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery.
