We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Contract Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial, contractual, and cost management aspects of our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects. The role requires strong expertise in contract administration, claims management, subcontractor coordination, and commercial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within budget and aligned with contractual obligations.

This is a full-time role requiring site visits and close collaboration with multiple teams.

Your Role Manage and administer MEP subcontractor and supplier contracts. Prepare, submit, and defend contractual claims, variations, and extension‑of‑time (EOT) submissions. Assess and certify subcontractor interim and final payment applications. Compile and submit accurate monthly cost/value reconciliations and commercial reports.
