CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the REGIONAL CONTRACTING OFFICE of MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII. Responsibilities You will serve as the Level IV Primary Agency Program Coordinator (APC) for the Government-Wide Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) and Contract Specialist in the Regional Contracting Office (RCO), Marine Corps Base Hawaii’s (MCBH). You will provide guidance, training, coordination, and oversight based on a comprehensive knowledge of Navy, Marine Corps, and Federal procurement. You will establish management controls and user account information by appointing and documenting program participant authority via the Joint Appointment Module (JAM). You will create appropriate award documents, Contract Action Report (CAR), and supporting documentation for execution by a Contracting Officer.
