Working days/hours: 5 days office hours

Location: West

Salary: $3500-$4000

• Act as the key liaison between Customer Service, Sales teams, Business Units, and Supply Chain departments.
• Respond to enquiries from internal stakeholders regarding orders, stock availability, delivery status, and supply issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse and planning teams to resolve stock shortages, residue stock, and product availability matters.
• Ensure smooth communication across departments and follow through until issues are fully resolved.
