Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Resource Management Office at Sheppard AFB, TX . Responsibilities Serves as a primary advisor to Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) activity managers, assisting in the development of acquisition strategies and requirement definitions such as Performance Work Statements. This includes conducting thorough market research to identify viable commercial sources and drafting complex solicitations (RFPs/IFBs) that incorporate all necessary statutory and regulatory clauses in accordance with DAFI 64-119. During the source selection process, establishes evaluation criteria and directs technical evaluation panels to ensure objective assessments of contractor proposals.
