SCOPE OF WORK

• Provide enhancement or maintenance services to all existing application systems used within Hong Leong Bank or its affiliates.
• Provide development support and training services for all applications as required.
• Complete other mutually agreed work consistent with the provision of computing services to Hong Leong Bank.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct business‑requirements scoping with business users and develop the Business Requirements for sign‑off.
• Maintain defined company rules across all processes, and provide in‑depth technical expertise to ensure quality deliverables.
• Apply best practices and produce mandatory customization documents for go‑live approvals.
• Analyze business issues, recommend best practices, and solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
• Prepare the UAT strategy, plan, and approach paper in accordance with proper testing methodology.
