To provide strategic leadership and oversight for all contractual, commercial, and legal aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, risk mitigation, and effective commercial management of project delivery.

Required Experience Minimum 15+ years construction industry experience Minimum 10 years in contract management Experience with FIDIC / COTO contracts Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management / engineering / quantity surveying Professional registration with ECSA and SACPCMP (essential) Strategic Contract Management Oversee all project contracts and subcontract agreements.
