Contracts Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and administer construction contracts, subcontract agreements and commercial documentation for ongoing projects.
• Evaluate contract terms, project specifications, variations, claims and change orders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, procurement teams and subcontractors regarding contractual and commercial matters.
• Monitor project progress, contractual risks and cost implications while supporting dispute resolution and claim management activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of correspondence, payment certificates, variation orders and contract records.
• Assist in tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation and preparation of commercial reports and contractual recommendations.
• Support project teams in ensuring adherence to FIDIC conditions, UAE construction regulations and company policies.
