An established and growing property restoration and refurbishment contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of insurance reinstatement and refurbishment projects across the Midlands and surrounding regions.

Position: Contracts Manager

Location: Halesowen/ Birmingham

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + van + package

Contract Type: Permanent

Start date: Immediately available

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from instruction through to completion, ensuring exceptional standards of quality, customer service, programme delivery, and financial performance.
