We’re working with a growing and highly specialist contractor based in North Yorkshire who are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to support continued growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, agile business delivering specialist internal construction & fit-out works for well-known clients including major hospitality brands, alongside occasional larger-scale NHS projects.
The Role
This is a hands-on,mercially focused role with real ownership. You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, including:
Following up leads and supporting work-winning activity
Taking off drawings and producing estimates
Managing relationships with main contractors and clients
Coordinating subcontractors, materials, and project delivery
