Contracts Manager - Roofing

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in the roofing industry (essential).

Proven track record in roofing sales and project delivery.

Experience with asbestos roof removal and replacement projects (advantageous).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client and contractor engagement.

Ability to read and interpret roofing plans, drawings, and specifications.

Valid driver's licence.

Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, MS Office or similar).

Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to roofing.
