Contracts Manager (WM)

Responsibilities: Member of OE internal Senior Project Management Team (PMT) that meets regularly (chaired by DPD/SOR) to discuss progress and resolve any internal OE issues. Provision of expert contractual advice to the SO and SOR. Overall contract administration of all Construction Contracts including preparation of Conditions of Contract, Particular Conditions of Contract, ITT and other related information for inclusion in Contracts to be tendered. Review of Tender submissions from a contractual perspective and assembly of Contract Documents for contract execution by the selected Contractors. Admin support by Core team admin resources. Review and assessment of Contractor's Claims, VO requests, EOT requests and any other contractual related matters during the execution of the Project with the assistance and input of information from relevant members of the Core and RSS teams.
