**The Role**

As a **Contracts & Negotiation Professional** at Kyndryl you will be required to provide sound, and well- reasoned legal, commercial and contract guidance **in both English and Spanish** to the businesses and other internal functions based upon established policies, guidelines, and professional judgement. You will also participate in or lead significant and complex negotiations of IT services contracts, preparing all required contractual documentation and ensuring compliance with established contracting policies, practices and delegations.
