Opportunity Description
The Contracts Operations Specialist supports the administration, drafting, tracking, and coordination of client, subcontractor, vendor, and teaming agreements across the business. This role is responsible for conducting initial contract pre‑reviews, preparing standard agreements and change orders using approved templates, maintaining contract records and status tracking, and coordinating agreements through internal and external review processes.
This role serves as an operational and administrative partner to leadership by helping ensure contracts move efficiently through the contracting lifecycle while maintaining organization, consistency, and visibility across active agreements.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, process‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple agreements simultaneously in a fast‑paced consulting and professional services environment.
