Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Contracts Specialist with a Civil Engineering background to manage and oversee contract administration for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of construction methodologies, legal frameworks, and project lifecycle management, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and successful contract execution. Key Responsibilities: Contract Drafting & Review: Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts including EPC, subcontractor, supplier, and consultancy agreements.
